SOMERSTOTALKARE ‘CLEAN UP’ AT JK ENVIRONMENTAL

SOMERSTOTALKARE has supplied a set of six S6ng heavy duty mobile column lifts to the Hertfordshire based depot of environmental solutions provider, J K Environmental.

The company has been established for 13 years and have a fleet of 42 vehicles across 4 depots ranging from small vans to articulated vehicles.

Depot Manager, Steve Walker said 'We carry out monthly inspections on our HGV vehicles and also repairs and service on a regular basis. Our fitters liked the idea of using mobile lifting equipment to maximise workshop space when the lifts aren't in use. We looked at a number of different heavy duty lifting equipment suppliers and felt that SOMERSTOTALKARE's S6ng was the best product for us.

SOMERSTOTALKARE sales director James Radford added: "The S6ng 7.5 tonne lifts are light and easily manoeuvrable with the option to be configured in sets of four, six and eight.  The lifts offer automatic synchronization and communication between columns and have a recirculating ball nut and screw system."
